Destined to love cats through her christening, Kat(hryn) has enjoyed counting animals as cherished friends her whole life. She is unabashedly, exuberantly one of THOSE people who isn’t afraid to let her inner cat lady shine. Does she have hidden kitty powers, a connection to the legendary cat mothership, or might she smell a little bit like catnip?

The truth is actually no secret: Kathryn helped manage a family farmhouse menagerie before moving to Baltimore and becoming independent pet supply Howl’s resident feline expert (AKA catspert) for 5 years running. Her almost two decades of hands-on animal care experience and dedication to special needs cats has given her a reputation for solid cat advice and gentle, practical, trustworthy pet care.

Privately pet sitting and dog walking for the past 4 years, Kat is now licensed, bonded, and insured and is proud to open her books to the Baltimore City public!
